1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and re789 ("re789", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://re789.cam (the " Platform").

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the higher minimum age required by your applicable operator or licence jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

re789 is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform designed for Pakistani players. We provide sports betting guidance, casino game information, bonus education and responsible gambling resources. re789 does not itself operate as a licensed gambling operator in Pakistan and does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the re789 website at https://re789.cam, including all pages, features, tools, content and services made available thereon.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform in accordance with the registration requirements set out in Section 5.

• "Operator" means a third-party licensed gambling or betting service provider whose products or services may be referenced or described on the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

3.3 Single Account Requirement

3.4 Accurate Information

4 Terms of Use

4.1 Permitted Use

re789 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may view, read and interact with Content for informational purposes only.

4.2 Informational Purpose

All Content published on the Platform — including sports betting guides, casino game information, odds explanations, bonus descriptions and payment method references — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. re789 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information and strongly encourages users to verify all details directly with the relevant Operator before placing any wager or making any financial commitment.

4.3 No Financial Advice

5 Account Registration

5.1 Registration Process

5.2 Account Security

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in Account restrictions, suspension or closure.

5.4 Account Suspension

re789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: suspected fraud, provision of false information, violation of these Terms, suspected underage use, or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so. In such cases, re789 will endeavour to provide notice to the affected User where permitted by law.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 General Payment Terms

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Operator and the applicable payment method provider. re789 does not directly process any financial transactions and accepts no liability for delays, failures or errors in payment processing by third-party providers.

6.2 Currency

Where amounts are referenced on the Platform, they may be expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for contextual purposes. Actual transaction currencies are determined by the relevant Operator and may differ. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and, where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or the applicable higher minimum age
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by Applicable Law
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or other technical means to access, copy or manipulate the Platform or its Content
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or other financial crime in connection with the Platform or any associated Operator

• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users, re789 staff or Operator representatives through any Platform communication channel
• Publishing, uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Using another user's Account credentials without their consent
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, damages or impairs the functionality or availability of the Platform

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of re789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to access and view Content on the Platform for informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of re789.

10.3 Trademarks

The re789 name, logo and any associated brand identifiers are trademarks of re789. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use any trademark, trade name, service mark or logo of re789 without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of re789 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement. re789 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, re789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content — including but not limited to losses arising from wagering decisions made on the basis of information published on the Platform.

11.3 Third-Party Operators

re789 provides information about third-party Operators as a service to users. We do not control, endorse or assume any responsibility for the acts or omissions of any Operator referenced on the Platform. Any dispute between a User and an Operator must be resolved directly between those parties. re789 accepts no liability for any losses, damages or claims arising from a User's dealings with any third-party Operator.

11.4 Force Majeure

re789 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet outages or other force majeure events.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which re789 is incorporated and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related legislation may apply to their use of gambling services and that re789 does not claim that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of re789's operating jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13 Amendments

re789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, re789 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users, which may be given by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, or by direct notification to your registered email address.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, where applicable, close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. re789 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it regularly, particularly prior to any significant wagering activity.

14 Termination

14.1 Termination by re789

re789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform and/or your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to pass identity or age verification, or any legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

14.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting re789 using the contact details set out in Section 15 below. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending transactions at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the relevant Operator's terms and conditions.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account or access rights, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, disclaimers and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.
